How does the management company’s contract work?

The contract with the Property Manager is an annual renewable contract. After purchase you are free to keep the management contract or to end it: in this way you would be managing the property directly or saving for your personal use, however you will be waiving any revenue you see in the property listing description.

Are there advantages to booking directly?

Yes, by booking directly with us, we guarantee the best available price and more flexible cancellation terms. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to receive exclusive offers.

What are the cancellation policies?

Our cancellation policies vary depending on the type of rate chosen. Generally, we offer more flexibility for cancellations made directly with us. You can choose a non-refundable rate or a rate with cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date.

Is it necessary to pay a deposit at the time of booking?

NO, deposit is not required.

How can I modify or cancel my reservation?

To modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us directly through the communication channels provided. We will be happy to assist you and find the best solution for your needs.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept online payment by credit/debit cards.

When is it possible to check-in?

Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 00:30 AM. After 00:30 PM, a supplement of €25.00 is required.

When is it possible to check-out?

To ensure fair treatment for the next guests and respect the work of our maids and housekeepers, the latest time to leave the property is no later than 11:00 AM.

Is it possible to request a late check-out?

Yes, we understand that sometimes our guests may need more time before leaving the property. We offer the possibility of a late check-out, subject to availability and it may involve an additional cost. We invite you to discuss this option with us at the time of booking, during check-in, or during your stay, so that we can organize accordingly. Please note that late check-out requests are subject to future availability (e.g., entry for the same property the following day) and may not always be possible during high occupancy periods (typically April and September).

Is a luggage storage service available?

Yes, we offer the possibility of a luggage storage inside of the apartment, subject to availability and it may involve an additional cost. You can leave your luggage with us both before check-in and after check-out, allowing you to enjoy our city without stress.
